As a member of the project group Intelligent Education Networks, one of several thematically oriented task forces of the focus group Intelligent Networking, I attended the National IT Summit in Berlin, Nov. 18-19, 2015. The focus group with its task forces supports the German Federal Government in the implementation of its Digital Agenda.
A highlight from the perspective of the project group was the announcement of Federal Minister Gabriel (see photo above) that the IT Summit 2016 will be dedicated to the topic „Digitization and Education“. Our project group assumes that its work, visibility and role in the focus group will be enhanced in 2016.
